 rt ist eine alte Wassermühle in der Ortschaft Roidin im Landkreis Utzedel
 . Der Standort der Wassermühle ist seit 1698 belegt. Der heutige Mühlenh
 of\, bestehend aus Mühl- und Wohngebäuden sowie einem Brunnenhaus mit Wa
 sserläufen\, Scheunen und Ställen\, ist von 1805. Seit 2015 steht der M
 ühlenhof leer und ist dem Verfall überlassen. Durch eine Renovierung sol
 l das denkmalgeschützte Ensemble vor dem weiteren Verfall bewahrt und ein
 er öffentlichen Nutzung zugeführt werden. Auf dem Mühlenhof ist eine Be
 gegnungs- und Kulturstätte für Jugendbegegnungen\, Workcamps und Freizei
 tangebote mit Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten geplant. Hierzu wird ein stark 
 baufälliges ehemaliges Stallgebäude zum Teil abgetragen und wieder neu a
 ufgebaut. Zudem sind Arbeiten am Mühlenfundament und am Wasserzulauf der

  in Roidin in the district of Utzedel. It exists since 1698. The “Mühle
 nhof”\, consisting of mill buildings and residential buildings as well a
 s watercourses\, barns and stables\, was built in 1805 but has been vacant
  since 2015.The listed farm is planned to be renovated in order to be used
  publicly and to stop the increasing decay. The “Mühlenhof” is going 
 to be a meeting place and a cultural site\, which will also provide overni
 ght accommodations\, for Workcamps and recreational activities. For this p
 urpose\, a heavily dilapidated former stable building will be demolished a
 nd rebuild. Furthermore\, maintenance work on the foundation and the water
  inlet of the mill is planned.\nWork: bricklaying\, concrete and stone wor
