DESCRIPTION:PROJEKT: Kalbe am Fluss Milde ist ein kleines Städtchen und ei
 n staatlich anerkannter Erholungsort im Altmarkkreis Salzwedel. Der 2014 g
 egründete Verein „Künstlerstadt Kalbe“ will die Menschen wieder an i
 hr gestalterisches Potential erinnern. Er verfolgt dabei ein nachhaltiges 
 Stadt- und Regionalentwicklungskonzept\, möchte Leerstand beseitigen\, Bl
 eibeperspektiven eröffnen\, Zuzug ermöglichen und für die Menschen vor 
 Ort die Lebensqualität verbessern. Es werden zahlreiche Kulturprojekte re
 alisiert. Der Verein nutzt für seine Arbeit verschiedene Gebäude\, die a
 lle renoviert bzw. rückgebaut werden müssen. Ein ehemaliger Bauernhof in
 mitten der Altstadt wird zum Kulturhof und einem Wohnzentrum für 20 Stipe
 ndiatInnen umgebaut. Während der Baucamps soll ein altes Stallgebäude zu
 m Tagungsraum\, Café und Werkstatt umgebaut werden.\n\nARBEIT: Malerarbei
 ten\, Lehmputz\, Renovierungsarbeiten.\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nPROJECT:\n\nKalbe
  am Fluss Milde is a small town and a state-recognized resort in the Altma
 rkkreis Salzwedel district. The association "Künstlerstadt Kalbe"\, found
 ed in 2014\, wants to remind people again of their creative potential. In 
 doing so\, it pursues a sustainable urban and regional development concept
 \, wants to eliminate vacancies\, open up prospects for staying\, enable p
 eople to move in\, and improve the quality of life for local people. Numer
 ous cultural projects are realized. The association uses various buildings
  for its work\, all of which have to be renovated or deconstructed. A form
 er farm in the middle of the old town will be converted into a cultural fa
 rm and a residential center for 20 scholarship holders. During the constru
 ction camps\, an old stable building will be converted into a meeting room
 \, café and workshop.\n\nWORK: Painting work\, clay plaster\, renovation 
 work.
